Getting familiar with the ocean must be like exploring outer space.  There are so many beautiful creatures  under water that I never imagined could exist.  Another one of my favorite creatures is the Mantis Shrimp, which is the third picture down.  This species’ red claws move as fast as a bullet and can shatter your mask or camera lens if you come too close. For me, watching these animals and seeing what they do is actual magic.

I lived in this box the entire time surviving only on pure H20. I wasn’t sure if was possible, but my research indicated that it would be. Then began one of the most amazing times of my life. After this experience, the stories I had read about fasting suddenly made sense. All of my senses became very acute, creating a heightened level of awareness that I had never felt before.
