On September 5th, exactly 7 years ago, I fasted for 44 days and nights in a transparent box above the River Thames. I lived in this box the entire time surviving only on pure H20. I wasn’t sure if was possible, but my research indicated that it would be. Then began one of the most amazing times of my life. After this experience, the stories I had read about fasting suddenly made sense. All of my senses became very acute, creating a heightened level of awareness that I had never felt before.
